1. Mode Selection

Choose whether Playfinder should optimize for your own library or intersect the overlap for a group.

2. Library Sync

Use your linked library for solo play, or build a party from Playfinder friends with visible linked libraries. Manual platform IDs still work as the fallback path for quick overlap checks.

What gets pulled

Total ownership, playtime, overlap, and later achievement plus news context for the picked game. Linked libraries include all connected platforms in one shot. The curated demo comes with art, timing, and quest-ready sample games.

3. Session Shaping

Enter the time you actually have tonight. Playfinder uses HLTB plus your current library playtime to judge whether this window is enough for real progress.

Session unset
Type the session window in minutes or hours. Playfinder will compare HLTB length against your current library progress once you lock it in.

4. Filters

Pick up to five mood or genre signals. Bubble tags burst out of the field when chosen, and typed tags snap against a wider Steam-style pool so they do not become dead ends.

6. AI Quest Giver

The quest writer uses the next unearned achievement, recent major news, your session budget, and the game world tone to turn the pick into a mission briefing.
